We offer the following two shipping options:

• Economy Shipping
  If your order value is under USD $24, Economy shipping costs USD $8. If your order value is USD $24 or above, Economy shipping is free. Economy shipping typically takes 5-8 business days to arrive at your address, though weather and unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will update you via email should an unforeseen circumstance occur that would delay the arrival of your order.
• Express Shipping
  Express shipping costs USD $40. Express shipping typically takes 1-2 business days to arrive at your address, though weather and unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will update you via email should an unforeseen circumstance occur that would delay the arrival of your order.

We ship to US addresses only, excluding US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Thank you for your order at STUDIOFSR.com. If upon receipt of your purchase you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for information regarding our return policy and procedure.

All returns must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact. It is not possible to return a burned candle, used perfume, used toiletries, or opened pantry items.

To return an item, first contact us using the contact information provided further down on this webpage to request a return. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email notification with a return form and shipping label within seven (7) business days. Place the item securely in its original packaging with the provided return form and mail your return using the provided shipping label.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return for a full refund or exchange. If your item has been opened or used, no refund or exchange will be issued. Please allow at least fourteen (14) business days from our receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
