SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer various shipping options. We offer free Economy shipping on orders over $30. We also offer shipping at the following rates:

Economy Shipping
If your order value is under USD $30, Economy shipping costs USD $18.
If your order value is USD $30 or above, Economy shipping is free.

Economy shipping typically takes 5-8 business days to arrive at your address, though weather and unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will update you via email should an unforeseen circumstance occur that would delay the arrival of your order.

Express Shipping
Express shipping costs USD $28.

Express shipping typically takes 1-2 business days to arrive at your address, though weather and unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will update you via email should an unforeseen circumstance occur that would delay the arrival of your order.

DELIVERY ZONES
We ship to US addresses only, excluding US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

RETURN CONDITIONS
All returns must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in perfect condition, with all original packaging and labels intact. Failure to comply results in no refund.

RETURN PROCEDURE
To return an item, email clientservices@studiofsr.com to request a return. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a return form and shipping label. Place the item securely in its original packaging with the provided return form and mail your return using the provided shipping label.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return for a full refund or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) business days from our receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange.
