Studio FSR offers complimentary delivery for all orders, which typically arrive within 8 business days. Express 2-day delivery is available for $20.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Studio FSR does not ship to US territories or internationally.

RETURNS

Items may be returned within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are new and unused with all original packaging and seals intact. Items marked final sale, such as the Discovery Set or The Mystery Box may not be returned.

To arrange a return, please contact the concierge with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label for you. Items that show signs of use will be returned to you at your expense.

In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged or missing, please contact the concierge, and we will arrange a complimentary replacement.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of your successful return. Your financial institution may require more time for processing. Delivery charges are not refunded unless the error is ours.
