Thank you for your order at STUDIOFSR.com. If upon receipt of your purchase you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy and procedure.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact. It is not possible to return a burned candle, used perfume, or used toiletries.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return an item, first log in to your STUDIO FSR account to request a return. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email notification with a return form and shipping label within seven (7) business days. Place the item securely in its original packaging with the provided return form and mail your return using the provided shipping label.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return for a full refund or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) business days from our receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
